Undoubtedly, Seco de Pollo is the most authentic dish because it is cooked with Naranjilla which is a sour fruit from Ecuador. You won't find this flavor anywhere else. For that reason, we were featured in "Neighborhood Eats" in 2016. After working for Corporate America for many years, owner quits job to finally open his first restaurant.
